Magic Box hosted IGN Live in Downtown Los Angeles, a four-day event that drew 4,000 attendees daily across 120,000 square feet and three levels, bringing together leading game publishers, entertainment brands, creators, and fans for a multi-day celebration of gaming, pop culture, and interactive experiences.

For IGN, Magic Box transformed the venue into a large-scale gaming and entertainment experience, bringing together live programming, interactive gaming, brand activations, content creation, and fan experiences across multiple spaces.
Working alongside IGN and its production partners, Magic Box managed the on-site execution, including venue operations, technical infrastructure, logistics, security, housekeeping, production coordination, and guest flow.
From load-in through strike, our team worked alongside the production team to bring the experience to life, supporting the technical and operational demands of a complex, content-driven event while ensuring each element operated seamlessly across the venue.
