Magic Box Event Campus operates this website. We are an event venue at 1933 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90007. If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us through the contact page and our team will respond.

When you submit an event inquiry or request one of our decks, we collect what you type into the form. That is your name, your email address, and, depending on the form, your company, event type, preferred date, estimated attendance, budget range, and any details you add.

We also record how you reached us, so we understand which of our marketing actually helps people find the venue. That includes the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign identifiers in the link you followed, such as those Google, LinkedIn, or Meta add to their ads.

Like most websites, our analytics and advertising tools set cookies and collect standard technical information such as your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you visit. If you call a phone number shown on this site, our call tracking provider records the number dialled and connects your call to the venue.

We use your details to reply to your inquiry, send the deck you asked for, and follow up about hosting your event. We use the technical and campaign information to measure which pages and which advertising bring people to us, and to improve the site.

We do not sell your information.

A small number of trusted providers process this information on our behalf so the website and our sales follow-up work. They include our customer relationship system, our email marketing platform, Google (Analytics and Ads), LinkedIn, and our call tracking provider. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect the venue, our guests, and our staff.

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and then we remove them. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

You can turn our analytics and advertising off at any time using Your Privacy Choices in the footer of every page. Your event inquiry and any deck you request still reach us either way, and turning everything off does not change what we send you.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an instruction to switch advertising off and we act on it before anything loads. You do not need to tell us twice.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and tell us what you would like.

You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. When you switch something off here we stop collecting and clear the cookies we set, though cookies set directly by LinkedIn, Google, or our call tracking provider are only reachable from your own browser settings.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information. We do share limited online identifiers with Google and LinkedIn so we can measure and target our own advertising, which California law treats as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and Your Privacy Choices is how you stop it.

This website is meant for people doing business with the venue. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
