Large-scale street art murals installed in a Magic Box gallery hall
Spotlight · Street Art Alive

Street Art Alive, where art became an experience.

In Downtown Los Angeles, Magic Box transformed into a living canvas as internationally recognized muralists, immersive installations, live music, and cultural programming came together for a one-of-a-kind celebration of urban art.

The Brief

A festival of art & culture.

For Street Art Alive, Magic Box co-produced, developed, and fabricated a large-scale immersive art experience, transforming the venue into a multi-sensory environment where street art, digital projection, sound, and storytelling came together.

Unlike a traditional event, Street Art Alive was a long-term installation, requiring Magic Box to operate the experience throughout its extended run. In addition to creative development, fabrication, and production, our team managed day-to-day operations, including box office, ticketing, guest services, security, housekeeping, technical support, and overall venue management.

From initial concept and fabrication through installation, daily operation, and final strike, Street Art Alive demonstrated Magic Box’s ability to not only create and build an immersive experience, but to successfully operate it from start to finish.
